Getting Started

With Tracklounge it becomes easy for music producers to get high-quality feedback on their music. Upload your track, get matched with an experienced producer (which we call a Reviewer) and receive world class feedback within a few hours to a day or two.

1. Upload Your Track: Upload your track and choose what you want feedback on.

2. Select Your Genre: This ensures we connect your feedback request to the right Reviewers.

3. Set Your Preferences (optional): Build your wishlist, for example:

  • Experience level of the Reviewer
  • How fast you want feedback
  • If you want revisions

4. Decide What You'll Pay: You say what feedback on your track is worth to you (yes, you read that right). It's a one-time amount per track, and we always suggest a range that maximises your chances of matching with a Reviewer.

5. Choose Your Reviewer: Choose from a list of all Reviewers that have shown interest in your feedback request.

You decide what to pay. For each track you say what you're willing to pay for feedback. It's one-time, not a subscription, and you only pay when you accept a Reviewer. Tracklounge will give a recommendation based on your preferences. The amount you set is what the Reviewer will earn for reviewing your track (minus our small platform fee).

We focus on electronic music and hip hop first: house, techno, garage, drum & bass, dubstep, trance, hard dance, EDM, downtempo, boom bap, trap, drill, rap vocals and R&B. Other genres are welcome, and we match you with the closest reviewer.

Our Reviewers are hand-picked music producers with real-world experience from releasing music, either through labels or independently. That means you'll get feedback from people with trained ears and the knowledge required to take a track from an idea to a finished release. You can browse every verified Reviewer on the Reviewers page.

Producers should be able to earn. Therefore, the Reviewer earns 80% of the amount you set for the review. The remaining 20% covers our platform costs and helps us keep improving Tracklounge.

Feedback & Revisions

You can request to include a revision when you submit your track for review. This lets you get additional feedback based on the changes you have made to the track.

We manually quality control all reviews to ensure they meet our standards. If you feel the feedback you received was not helpful or did not address your questions, we offer you either a new review free of charge or a full refund.

Discord and Facebook groups are great for sharing music and getting quick reactions. Tracklounge is designed for focused, detailed and structured feedback, from someone with professional music production experience that understands your genre.

For Reviewers

As a Reviewer on Tracklounge, there are no commitments nor restraints. You earn 80% of the price of every feedback request you accept to review. The more experience you have, and the stronger rating you have on the platform, the more you will earn. For example, if a Creator requests feedback and is willing to pay USD 100, you earn USD 80.

We're looking for music producers with experience releasing music, either independently or through a label, who enjoy helping other producers improve their music.

Privacy & Security

Yes. Your uploads are private and only shared with the producer reviewing your track. All Reviewers are under NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), which means your music is protected and can't be shared without your permission.

We will never train any AI model on your music. Tracklounge is built by humans, for humans. We are committed to valuing and protecting human creativity.
