Community Guidelines
Last updated: July 2026
Tracklounge works because creators and reviewers treat each other with respect. These guidelines keep the community useful, honest, and safe. Breaking them can lead to removal from the platform.
For reviewers
- Give honest, constructive, specific feedback. Say what works, what does not, and what to try next.
- Deliver on time. You have 7 days once you accept a track, and you will see a countdown on each one.
- Keep unreleased music strictly confidential. Never share, distribute, or reuse a creator's track.
- Write your own feedback. No copied or auto-generated reviews.
- Be professional and kind. Critique the music, not the person.
For creators
- Only upload music you have the rights to.
- Be clear about what you want feedback on, so reviewers can help you best.
- Feedback is an expert opinion, not a guarantee. Take what is useful.
- Treat reviewers with respect, even when you disagree.
For everyone
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination.
- Keep transactions on Tracklounge. Do not try to move payments off the platform to avoid fees or protections.
- No spam, scams, or misleading behavior.
- Respect everyone's privacy and intellectual property.
Reporting and enforcement
If you see something that breaks these guidelines, email support@tracklounge.com. Depending on the situation, we may issue a warning, reverse a payment, or remove an account. Reviewers who repeatedly miss deadlines or ignore these guidelines may lose reviewer access.
